IT & Multimedia Unit

Almost all operations at the Malaysia National Poison Centre are ICT driven. The technology was adopted as part of the  centre’s earliest operation in 1994 and used mainly to enhance the computerised drug and poison information service. The usage and the necessity of ICT expanded along with the centre’s development and, is today, a key feature in all of its operations.
