Drug-Free Workplace Talk Promotes Healthy Corporate Culture

On August 4, 2025, at 9:00 am, Cik Mahiya Nabilla Rosaria was invited by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) Seberang Jaya to deliver a two-hour lecture titled “Drug-Free Workplace”. The session focused on raising awareness and prevention, highlighting the dangers of substance abuse to employee health and organizational productivity.

Mahiya underscored the importance of implementing a drug-free policy as a strategic step toward fostering a safe, healthy, and conducive work environment. Encik Mohd Fadhli also participated actively, especially during the interactive Q&A session, contributing insights on emerging issues such as vape use.

Attendees received fact-based presentations supported by current data, case studies, and intervention strategies tailored for both individuals and organizations. The talk encouraged open discussion, allowing participants to seek clarification and gain practical knowledge on the subject.
