PRN, USM Strengthens Global Ties Through Specialist Training for Stellenbosch University

For the second consecutive year, PRN was invited by the Tygerberg Poison Information Centre to lead a specialized training session for the Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Toxicology at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. Representing Malaysia on January 21, 2026, PRN Chief Pharmacist Puan Adilah Mohamed Ariff conducted an interactive virtual session for 24 medical and health professionals from diverse international backgrounds.

The presentation highlighted the PRN’s pivotal role and achievements in Malaysia, serving as a high-level knowledge exchange platform designed to help participants enhance toxicology service standards in their respective home countries. This successful collaboration not only received glowing feedback from organizers and attendees alike but also reinforced the strategic partnership between Malaysia and South Africa, successfully showcasing local expertise on the global academic stage.
