This talk was delivered by Associate Professor Dr. Ts. Mohd Hafiidz bin Jaafar on 18 February 2025, lasting one hour from 9.00 AM to 10.00 AM. The session took place in the Meeting Room of the National Poison Centre (PRN), J05, and was attended by all PRN staff.
The talk was conducted in-house in conjunction with the gotong-royong activity for the relocation to Block J05 and the closure of Block J07. Its purpose was to raise staff awareness on safety and ergonomic issues during the relocation activity and in performing daily office duties. In addition, it served as part of PRN's ongoing training efforts and hazard communication initiatives concerning various occupational safety and health (OSH) issues in the workplace. One CPD point was awarded to attendees.
As part of future planning, a follow-up training session covering OSH topics in a more comprehensive manner is expected to be conducted for all PRN staff in May 2025.
