PRN Educates Over 200 Public Participants in Strategic Medication Safety Webinar

Advancing its mission to mitigate household poisoning risks and raise community health awareness, Pusat Racun Negara (PRN) successfully held an interactive public webinar titled "Medication Poisoning: Be Aware, Avoid Confusion" today. Organised in strategic collaboration with the Malaysian Red Crescent Society (PBSM) West Kuala Lumpur Branch, the live Google Meet broadcast drew an overwhelming response of over 200 participants, including PBSM members, civil servants, homemakers, and students nationwide. PRN's Encik Mohd Fadhli bin Razali served as the keynote speaker, delivering vital, practical insights on safe home medication storage protocols, early poisoning symptom identification, and proper immediate first-aid measures required before hospital referral. The highly engaging session sparked active dynamic dialogues between the speaker and the public, cementing a powerful collaborative model between PRN and voluntary bodies to continuously champion domestic safety and preventive healthcare.
