PRN Sejahtera Club Elects New Leadership and Sets Strategic Welfare Initiatives at 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

GELUGOR, September 25 - Fostering organizational wellness, workplace camaraderie, and staff welfare, the National Poison Centre (PRN) Sejahtera Club successfully convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 today at USM Gelugor. The meeting marked a pivotal leadership transition as Ts. Dr. Ahmad Shalihin Bin Mohd Samin was officially elected as President for the 2025/2027 term alongside a newly appointed executive committee. Highlighting a successful operational track record across 2025 and 2026-including staff retirement celebrations, spiritual talks, and community clean-up initiatives-the club introduced enhanced welfare financial contribution policies covering life milestones, hospitalizations, and bereavement support for registered members. The AGM also passed seven key member resolutions, encompassing internal auditing mandates, periodic physical wellness programs like plogging and brisk walking, recurring garden beautification drives, family engagement days, and an annual dedicated medical check-up month for all PRN staff.

The session concluded on a celebratory note with a joint staff birthday celebration honoring personnel born between July and September 2026.
