PRNLab Champions Vape Awareness at Northern Chemistry Carnival

On August 23, 2025, PRN through PRNLab participated in the Karnival Kimia Malaysia Zon Utara 2025 (Northern Zone Chemistry Carnival) held in Seberang Jaya, organized by the Malaysian Institute of Chemistry (IKM) Northern Branch and the Penang Public Library Corporation. Themed “Chemistry in Action for Sustainable Future,” the event gathered a wide cross-section of the community for a day of science engagement.

PRNLab conducted several activities to raise awareness about vape-related dangers, including an interactive “Mission Vape-Free Crossword” game, a poster exhibition on chemicals in vape products, and a “Follow My Lead” mimic game. These initiatives received an enthusiastic response from attendees of all backgrounds.

By using these creative and interactive approaches, PRNLab effectively conveyed vital public health messages and supported ongoing efforts to educate the community about chemical safety and the health risks associated with vaping.
