PRNLab, the testing laboratory arm of the Pusat Racun Negara (PRN), successfully underwent a comprehensive MS ISO/IEC 17025 Surveillance Audit today to evaluate and verify its ongoing compliance and technical proficiency. The intensive day-long evaluation, which took place at the PRNLab Laboratory Meeting Room from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, engaged all laboratory personnel in a rigorous assessment of the facility's quality management systems, technical competencies, and analytical reliability.

External auditors conducted thorough reviews of essential operational pillars, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), staff training records, equipment calibration and management, analytical methodologies, and quality control systems. By actively involving the entire laboratory team, the audit effectively verified the seamless integration of international MS ISO/IEC 17025 standards into daily testing workflows.
