Strategic Leap: PRN Meets WHO Malaysia to Pursue Collaborating Centre Status

PRN conducted a strategic working visit to the World Health Organization (WHO) Representative Office in Malaysia on September 30, 2025. Led by Director Dr. Azzalia, the delegation met with Dr. Rabindra Abeyasinghe to discuss the Centre's future trajectory.

 

The primary objective of the meeting was to introduce PRN’s extensive capabilities and seek advisory guidance on the application process for WHO Collaborating Centre (WHO CC) status. This meeting marks a significant milestone in establishing strategic cooperation between PRN and WHO, potentially positioning the Centre as a global leader in toxicological expertise.
