USM Science Officers Strengthen Unity and Leadership at Perak Team Building Retreat

The Universiti Sains Malaysia Science Officers Association (PPSUSM) successfully concluded its 2026 Team Building Program today, bringing together science officers from across the university for an intensive two-day, one-night retreat aimed at fostering workplace harmony and leadership. Held at the scenic Denai Kabus in Perak from June 14 to 15, the program engaged participants in dynamic group activities designed to sharpen problem-solving capabilities, elevate strategic communication, and build mutual trust. 

By blending structured collaborative challenges with recreational outdoor sessions, the initiative successfully achieved its goals of strengthening inter-departmental ties and boosting collective morale, leaving the university's scientific workforce highly motivated and better unified to drive future institutional excellence.
